This is a great little exercise that you will definitely feel working after a few minutes. Lie down on your back and then pull your knees up so that your feet are in a comfortable position.

Place your fingers on your temples and then roll yourself forward from your head so that your abs is tightening. Then roll back to the starting position. The exercise will be controlled and never rushed. You will gain more benefit to complete the ten controlled movements than rush to do twenty.
